butter
Ranch Style Dressing Mix (original recipe)



Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes and slice thin. Do not peel! For 1-2 lbs. of potatoes melt 1 to 1 sticks of butter. Coat potatoes in butter and lay in shallow pan. Sprinkle 1 pkg. Ranch over. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until golden. Some people prefer this dish baked longer so that potatoes are brown and "chewy."
