Mix together in sauce pan
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 8oz can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until thick, remove from heat.
Stir in 1 small pkg. strawberry jello.
Place mixture in refrigerator to cool.
Place one large can of evaporated milk in the freezer one hour before use. Whip until stiff, fold into jello mixture and pour into 2 9 inch cooled pie shells, refrigerated until set.
