Cook and drain one medium head of cabbage. Make white sauce by using 2 cups milk, 2 T. margarine, 3 T. flour. Grate one cup of cheddar cheese. In 2 qt. casserole put ½ of cabbage, ½ of cheese, and ½ of white sauce. Add 4 crushed saltines.

Repeat layer and bake ½ hour at 350.
