1 (3lb) beef brisket
2 (12 oz) bottles Heinz alt-0169 Chili sauce
1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place the brisket into a slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix together chili sauce, onion soup mix, and garlic powder. Pour over brisket. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Slice the brisket against the grain and pour the gravy over the slices.
