2 8 oz. Yellow Fin Tuna Steaks

Marinade:
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt to taste
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow 9 x 13 inch glass dish, mix all marinade ingredients. Dredge steaks on both sides and let sit in marinade for 30 minutes. (soy sauce will overpower tuna if marinated for too long) Clean grill and wipe with oil to prevent sticking. Preheat grill to 400'. Grill tuna for 4 minutes or less per side for 1 inch steaks depending on how you like them. For rare steaks grill for 2 1/2 minutes per side.
