1 lb cooked ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix (optional)
1 head lettuce, chopped
2-4 chopped tomatoes
1 large chopped avocadoes
juce from 1 lime (optional)
1 can diced olives (optional)
green onion chopped fine (substitute yellow onion)
1 (15oz) can kidney beans, drained (substitute ranch style beans)
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper
1 medium bag tortilla chips or Fritos or flour tortillas
1 8oz bottle of Catalina, French or Italian Dressing.

Alternate Cilantro Lime Dressing
1 (1oz) packet ranch dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 (3") jalapeno pepper, cut and seeded
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
juice of 1 lime

Brown ground meat and drain well. Stir in taco seasoning if using. Chop avacado, squeeze juice of lime over chopped avacado. Combine rest of ingredients. Add chips and dressing right before serving.
