4 to 6 c. chopped turkey
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. buttermilk
3 c. left over turkey gravy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. sage
salt & pepper to taste
bean sprouts (optional)
water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped carrots

Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice & Chinese noodles.
