10#s of Short Ribs (back bone 1/4 cut)

2 - 3 Cups Soy Sauce
2 Onions
1 Whole garlic
Ginger (chopped small)
2 - 3 Cups Sugar
1 - 2 Tbs. Bell Pepper (chopped small)
1 - 2 Cups Water
Either a chunk of daikon (Japanese radish) or 2 sweet apples or 2 Asian pears.

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, puree onions and garlic. Remove. Next, puree the radish or fruit. Add together the above with the soy sauce, ginger, sugar and bell pepper. Add water and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cool.

Pour over meat and marinate for several hours before baking.
