Hot or Medium Italian Sausage – 3 or 4
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
20 oz. chicken broth
1 Tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 Tsp. salt
2 medium potatoes chopped
2 cups frozen corn
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cup milk (can use skim milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove sausage from casing and crumble, brown sausage and drain fat. Add onion and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, thyme and salt, bring to boil. Stir in potatoes and corn. Return to boil. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Dissolve flour in milk and add to sausage and broth mixture. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbling. Excellent!
