1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1 1/2 Tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 Tsp. salt
2 dozen hot dogs
2 dozen wood skewers
Directions:
Directions:
Boil Hot Dogs until warmed through. In a medium bowl mix all dry ingredients together. In a smaller bowl blend together remaining ingredients. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
Dust hot dogs with flour, then coat floured hot dogs in batter. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
