Ingredients:  
1.5 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg (I use more)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (much, much more)
1.5 C sugar
1/2 C vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 C canned pumpkin
1/3 C water
walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients.
Mix in the remaining ingredients w/ electric mixer.
Pour batter into greased muffin pan.
Top with a half walnut.
Bake 350º for 20-25 minutes
