1 large clove garlic
3 tsp coarse sea salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1.125kg fresh large prawns, peeled and deveined
8 wedgeds lemon, for garnish.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat barbeque for medium heat.
In a large bowl, crush the garlic with the salt. Mix in the cayenne pepper and paprika, and then stir in olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste. Add the prawns and toss until evenly coated.
Lightly oil the grill hotplate. Cook prawns for 2 to 3 mins per side, or until opague. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
