1 baked 9 inch pie shell
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. condensed milk
one quarter cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups blueberries

GLAZE
one half cup sugar
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 cup water
one half cup blueberries, crushed

GARNISH
One and one half cup blueberries, whole.

Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, blending well. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in 2 cups whole blueberries. Pour into pie shell and chill 2-3 hours. Combine sugar, corn starch and water. Add the one half cup crushed blueberries and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Stir and cook until clear. Cool mixture. Cover chilled cream cheese mixture with remaining blueberries and cooled glaze. Chill

Other berries or fruit can be substituted, and fresh is best. If you decide to use canned fruit and it is sweetened, be sure to cut back or cut out the sugar you add or it will be too sweet!
