1 frying chicken
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg


TOPPING:

1 can sliced pineapple
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a paper bag, mix flour, salt, celery salt, garlic powder and nutmeg. Add chicken and shake. Add butter to frying pan and brown on both sides of chicken. Mix together soy sauce and sugar and pour over chicken. Arrange pineapple slices on top. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Can serve over a bed of rice.

Frying chicken can be replaced by thighs, breasts or drumsticks.
