2 cartons (32 oz.) chicken broth
2 large chicken breasts, cubed
1 pkg. (16 oz.) extra wide egg noodles
1 envelope leek soup mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 c. carrots, diced
olive oil
Tabasco sauce
pepper
rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken broth and leek soup mix in a large pan. In a lightly oiled fry pan, fry chicken cubes with minced garlic. Season chicken to taste with tabasco sauce, pepper and rosemary. Add carrots to broth, cooking slightly. Add chicken and noodles. Boil until noodles are "al dente".
