Slab of pork ribs
Flour
Vegetable oil
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into individual pieces. Dampen with water so flour will stick. Season with salt and pepper, or whatever seasonings you like. Roll ribs in flour until good and covered, shake off excess. Deep fry until golden brown.
