2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 or 4 ripe bananas
1 1/4 c. Splenda
1/2 c non fat dry milk
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Put rack in middle of oven. Spray a loaf pan with PAM.Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, non fat milk and salt. Mash bananas and add. Whisk together Splenda, oil, eggs. and vanilla. whisk into flour mixture until just combined. Pour butter into pan. Smooth top. Bake about 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
Cool on rack.
