1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
dash of salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 T. lemon juice


FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, powdered sugar, flour and salt. Press into a greased 9x13 pan and bake 15 min. at 350º.

Mix together eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Pour over hot crust as soon as it is done baking and return to oven for 25 more minutes. Cool completely. FROSTING:

Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth and spread over cooled lemon layer. Keep Refrigerated! Best lemon bars ever!
