250 g. pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 - 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Cheese, Chive & Bacon Spice
1 tsp. Lemon Dill
1 Round Sourdough Bread

Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Heat in microwave until warm or ingredients are melted. Hollow out sourdough loaf saving pieces for dipping. Spoon mixture into bread bowl. Bake at 350º for 20 - 30 minutes!

My old manager used to make this dip and it was our favorite! If you don't already have these spices you might have to order them online or from Epicure.
