4 sticks of butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup maple syrup

12 large croissants

12 eggs
3 cups of half and half

Directions:
Directions:
mix butter, cream cheese, and syrup together and cook over low heat until small lumps remain.
Break up the croissants and place evenly in the bottom of 2 pans. Pour the syrup mixture over the croissants.
Beat together the eggs with the half and half.
Pour over syrup and croissant mixtures. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake @ 375º for 40 minutes.
