1 Pkg Crescent Rolls
1 1/2 c. Chicken
Small Pkg. Cream Cheese (with chives, if desired)
1/2 cube Margarine
Bread Crumbs (I like the Italian flavored crumbs)

Sauce
1 can Cream of Chicken
1/2 c. Sour Cream
Chicken Broth or Bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough pieces.
Soften Cream Cheese, cut into 8 equal pieces & spread on dough.
Divide Chicken & place on each piece of dough. Wrap dough around fillings.
Roll each "pillow" in melted margarine & then in bread crumbs.
Place on greased cookie sheet & Bake 15-20 minutes at 375º until golden brown.

While pillows are baking, mix Cream of Chicken & Sour Cream in sauce pan & heat. Use broth or bouillon to thin sauce.

Serve hot. Can also top with cheese, mushrooms or onions.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to add some chives and/or onion in the pillows or sauce.
I often use canned chicken & mix the cream cheese, onion & chicken together in a bowl, then divide into rolls.
You can also roll the pillows in pecans, if desired.
This is a great recipe to double or triple & then freeze the extra.
