4 eggs, beaten
½ cup walnut pieces
½ cup celery chopped
Whole onion chopped
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 tub cottage cheese (are those sizes like a quart?)
6-7 cups Special K cereal
1 cube margarine or butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In a mixing bowl melt the butter in the microwave
Add the walnuts, celery, onion, soup mix, cottage cheese and eggs
After mixing add the Special K
Mix together the Special K

Add mixture to greased casserole dish

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top layer is browning and casserole is firm.
