2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1 ½ tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
2 ¼ c. sugar
3 eggs
2 ¼ sticks unsalted
6 tbsp. plain yogurt
butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tbsp. rum



Brown Sugar Glaze

4 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tbsp. milk
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. powdered sugar
1 ½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda, and salt; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar on high until fluffy. Add eggs, yogurt, vanilla, and rum; mix well.
Use low speed to add flour mixture alternately with mashed bananas. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake about 38 minutes or until toothpick test is clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.

Brown Sugar Glaze
Melt butter; add brown sugar. Cook until bubbly. Cook 2 minutes; stirring constantly. Add milk; cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Sift sugar into pan. Whisk until smooth. Add vanilla. Drizzle on cake. Store covered.
