4 qts. sliced cucumbers
6 medium onions
2 green bell peppers
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup salt
Cover with cracked ice. Mix together and let set for 3 hrs. Pour off water and get the rest of the ice out.
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric (ground)
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 T. mustard seeds
3 c. apple cider vinegar

Mix together and pour over cucumbers and onions. Mix all together, heat to a boil. Pack into hot jars and seal..
