1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oats
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, oil and vanilla. Stir in oats, crushed corn flakes, coconut and chopped pecans. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Flatten dough into 1" thick disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Separate dough in 4 quarters. Divide each quarter into 6 inch log. Cut log into even cookies. Bake at 325º for 12-15 minutes.
