3 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C sugar
12 oz beer
2 TBSP melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add beer and stir till combined. Transfer to a greased loaf pan. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 375ยบ for 55 minutes. Remove from pan and place on cooling rack till cool. Cut in cubes and serve with garlic dip or slice and serve with chili.
