1 pork loin, preferably marinated
1 jar cherry preserves
¼ C Red Wine Vinegar
2 T Light Karo Syrup
¼ t Salt
¼ t Cinnamon
¼ t Nutmeg
¼ t Ground Cloves
¼ C Toasted Slivered Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Roast pork loin as instructed.
Add remaining ingredients for the cherry sauce in a small sauce pan and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over pork.
