1 tub of sour cream
1 can chopped or diced clams, drained but reserve the juice
3 tbls onion, diced very finely
3 garlic cloves, diced very finely
2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, add some clam juice until you reach the desired consistency for your dip, salt and pepper to taste. Let sit at least 6 hours in the refrigerator for flavors to blend well.Eat with potato chips or wheat crackers.
