Anaheim Green Chili's
Butter
Milk
Cheddar Cheese
Garlic
Green Onions
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap a potato in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Remove potato from oven and take off the foil. Let cool. Halve the potato length wise and scoop out the meat of the potato- leave the peel intact.
Cut and clean an Anaheim green chili to fit inside of each potato skin.
Mix the potato meat with butter, milk, cheddar cheese, garlic and green onions to taste. Stuff the skins with the mixture, top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and the top is crispy.
