1 bag coleslaw mix
6-7 green onions
1/2 stick butter
1 small pkg. sunflower seeds
1 small pkg. slivered almonds
2 pkgs. ramen noodles (Connie uses almost 3; break into small chunks) DON'T use seasoning packets
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Dressing:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 to 3/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, sunflower seeds, almonds, ramen noodles (not seasoning packets) soy sauce, salt and pepper. Let cool. Add coleslaw mix and onions. Set aside. Mix dressing ingredients together. A few hours before serving, pour dressing over coleslaw mixture.
