1 large onion, chopped

3 garlic

2 carrots

1 tomato

1 chili jalapeņo

2 cups dried lentils

5 cups water

2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/8 teaspoon cayenne (or more to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1-2 t. Bombay Bhaji Pav Masala (brand Badshgh)

cilantro or parsley

Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, carrot, carrots, tomato in the pressure cooker. Add 6 cups water then lentil. Turn to high and when cooker makes noise, turn 10 minutes on the alarm clock. Wait until opening it. Adding spices, put in the blender and serve with cilantro or parsley on top.
