8 to 10 medium size Apples
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Tapioca
1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 full teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1/2 cube butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice (thinly) apples.
Place in large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, spices and vanilla.
Toss together then let it set.
Pour into crust.
Place 4 to 5 dobs of butter on apples.
Put top crust on and bake at 400 or 425 degree oven. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
