Ingredients:  
1 16 oz cans corn, drained
2 6 oz cans evaporated milk
1 beaten egg
2 T finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
4 oz. swiss cheese
1/2 C bread crumbs
1 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 3/4 C of the cheese and pour into a 10x6 baking dish. Toss crumbs with butter and remaining cheese. Sprinkle over the corn mixture and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
