2 cups broken pretzel sticks
3/4 cup margarine
3 tablespoons sugar

2 - 3-oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 - 8-oz. cool whip
3/4 cup sugar

1 - 6-oz. pkg. strawberry jello, dissolved in 2 cups boiling water
2 - 10-oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries, add strawberries to the jello and stir

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, let cool. Mix the next 3 ingredients well and spread over cooled pretzel crust. Pour jello and strawberry mix over this and chill.
