3 cups penne pasta uncooked
1 package fresh baby spinach leaves
2 lbs cooked cubed chicken breast
3-4 cups canned diced tomatoes, drained
3 cups pasta sauce
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta, adding spinach to boiling water for the last minute. Combine chicken, sauce, tomatoes and basil and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir in cream cheese. Drain pasta mixture, add to chicken mixture and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Pour into a 4-L baking dish. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
