2 lbs fish fillets, fresh or frozen
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c melted butter
2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange fish in a greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the fillets. Bake in a hot oven ( 500ºF) allow 10 min per inch thickness for fresh fish and 20 min for frozen.
