1 cup sugar
1 cup light karo syrup
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups rice krispies
2 cups corn flakes
1 - 12 oz. spanish peanuts, salted
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar and karo syrup together. Remove from heat and add peanut butter then cereal and peanuts. Press into a buttered 9X13 pan. Melt butter and stir in milk. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Pour on top.
