Wet Mix-1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c yogurt

Dry mix- 1 1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 1/2c bread crumbs

8 chicken breasts

Sauce for chicken-
1/4c butter
1/4c flour
1 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp dill weed
3 c milk
10 oz spinach drained
1 c grated mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with wet mix, then coat with dry mix, just like shake and bake.
Place in oven on cookie sheet and cook for 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
Now cook sauce in saucepan, combine all ingredients for sauce (make white sauce first, then add drained spinach and mozzarella cheese).
Add chicken then cook in oven until bubbly.Serve with noodles or rice.
