1 (500 g.) box lasagna noodles 1 ( 750 grams of cottage cheese (2%) 1 package of frozen spinach chopped or 2 cups fresh spinach chopped (cooked) 1 block (900 gm-1kg) of mozzarella cheese (shredded) 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (browned and drained) 2 1/2 - 3 jars of Margaret Zimmers spaghetti sauce

Cook lasagna noodles and drain, rinsing with cold water. Cook spinach, drain, and add to cottage cheese. Mix browned ground beef with spaghetti sauce and heat. Take roasting pan put thin layer of beef and sauce in bottom of pan then cover with a layer of noodles. Put cottage cheese spinach mix on top of noodles then cover with another layer of noodles. Then cover with another layer of beef/sauce mix. Cover with remaining noodles. If any beef/sauce mix left over cover the noodles. Cover the top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 F until top is light brown. Let sit for 15 minutes.
