1 log goat cheese
Fresh basil
Roasted red peppers
1/2 C pine nuts, toasted
Olive oil
Balsalmic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheese log at room temp. Flatten slightly. Chiffonade (finely chop) the basil and put over cheese, top with finely chopped peppers then the pine nuts. Drizzle with olive oil and balsalmic.
Serve with crackers
