Chicken breasts ( 4 half)
2 egg yolks plus 2 Tbsp water
1/2 cup flour
dash of salt and pepper
dash of paprika
1/4 c bread crumbs
3 Tbps Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp margarine
Cheese Sauce:
2 Tbsp margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1 c milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
3/4 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts slightly between wax paper with your hand. Whisk egg yolks with water. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken breasts in egg yolks. Roll in flour crumb mixture. Brown chicken breasts in butter on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 min.

In the meantime, prepare sauce. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, slowly add the milk and cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Season with Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
