Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large Bananas
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 stick Butter
Vanilla Wafers
Miniature Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Take a large piece of aluminum foil and make a "boat" out of it, large enough to fit the bananas comfortably with some added room at the top. You might want to double up the foil so it doesn't rip on the grill.

Peel and place both bananas in the boat, add the brown sugar and butter. Roll the top of the aluminum foil to close, leaving some room inside above the bananas. Place on the grill (medium flame) and cook for about 15-20 minutes, checking on the bananas after about 7-8 minutes to make sure they aren't burning. You want to bananas to cook all the way through and the sugar to melt into them. When you check on them, make sure to not let out too much steam!

Once they are finished, open the foil and stir up the contents, making a mash. Then add a few mini marshmallows while the mixture is still hot, allowing them to melt a little.

Spread the mixture on vanilla wafers and enjoy!

You can also spread the mixture on graham crackers and serve "Smores" style with chocolate and roasted marshmallows!
