1 cube butter
1/3 condensed milk
1/3 weep cream

WARNING : Read carefully before baking this cake. If even really small amount of yolk or water is accidentally added to egg whites, it WILL NOT WORK to make the inside and the top. And do not put the cake in the refrigerator to make it cool faster.

DIRECTIONS: To make this part of cake there should NOT make loud or sudden noises, because the cake can fall, and it will look like a pancake. Turn on the oven to 350*C so it will be heated and ready for the cake. Get 7 eggs. Separate yolk from egg whites, best if yolk did not popped. Put yolk on another plate ready to go. With a mixer on middle speed, stir egg whites for about 5 minutes. Then add 1cup of sugar fast but not a lot at the same time. Stir it for 30 minutes. Add the yolk to the egg whites one by one if they didn't pop. If they do, just add some a little at a time. Mix it for about 5 minutes until it's light yellow. DO NOT CHANGE SPEED WHILE MIXING. After finishing those steps, turn off the mixer. Add 1 cup of flour little by little. Stir it with spoon, slowly at the same speed. After stirring well, so the flour is not seen, you put it into baking pan. It is better to have it round, and cover it with the foil paper so the cake won’t stick to the pot, and it will be easier to clean. While putting in the pot, don't take your time; try to do it all fast. Place it in the oven for 45 minutes. DO NOT OPEN WHILE BAKING. After it is baked, put the cake somewhere to cool it down, and then take off the foil paper.

INSIDE (Bizze): Chop the nuts into 4 to 6 pieces. Stir 3 egg whites for about 5 minutes. Add 1cup of sugar, and stir it for 10 minutes. Turn off the mixture. Add 1/4 cup of nuts, and stir it with spoon. If there are no peanuts, it is okay to use any nuts. Put it in the same baking pot that was used for the previous part of cake and cover it with the new piece of foil paper. Switch the oven heat to 200*C, and then place bizze in the oven for 5 hours. After the bizze is done, turn off the oven. When removing the paper foil, be really careful not to break bizze; it is easily breakable.

CREAM FILLING: Take a little less then 1 cube of butter. Cut it into pieces into the bowl, so it will melt fester. But DO NOT place in microwave, because it be watery and will not taste good. Stir the butter for about 3 minutes, so it becomes creamy. Add 1/3 of condensed milk, and stir it for bout 5 minutes, so it becomes light yellow. Add 1/3 of frozen whip cream, and stir it for about 30 seconds.

PUT IT ALL TOGETHER: Cut the cake in half. Put half of the cream filling on the bottom part of cake. Make it so it will be on the whole bottom part of cake. Place the bizze on the top of the cream that was just placed. Put the rest of the cream on top of bizze. Then put the top of the cake on top.

DECORATION: Put 1½ cups of sugar in the pot, and add ½ of water. Put on gas at middle heat, for about 18 minutes. To see if ready, get some on the spoon, wet the fingers and touch a little bit, to see if it is sticky. BE REALLY CAREFUL. The worst burn is from hot sugar, because it sticks to your skin. If burned, place ice on the part of the body that was burned. 5 minutes before finishing sugar, stir 3 egg whites in with the mixture. Then, when the sugar is ready, pour in egg whites right away; fast but little by little. Stir it for 20 minutes. Check if it worked out right, by holding the spoon upside down with egg whites. If it didn't fall, it is successfully made. But if it fell, then try to do it again, or ask for someone’s help, who made this cake before. Cover the whole cake with this cream, and what is left is used for decoration on top of cake, by making flowers or any different designs. At first it is really hard to make this cake right, but practice makes it perfect.

Personal Notes:
The maker of this cake should prepare it while in a good mood. The maker of this recipe should have lots of patience, because this cake requires a lot of time. It is best for the maker to be calm. It is important for people around the house to be calm. Any loud or sudden noise, will make the cake plummet, it will taste bad, and will look like a pancake. It is best for this recipe to be prepared during sunny weather. However, if you prepare this cake when it is too hot, you might rush to finish this cake as soon as possible so that you can go to the pool, take a cold shower, or somehow cool yourself down. This recipe might have some effects on the maker’s body, soul, and spirit. After this cake is done, your body will be tired but your soul will be proud that finally it is done. To make your spirit happy, it is a good idea to invite some family or friends over to enjoy the cake together. Everyone will comment on your cake, and your soul will be lifted.
