1 (12 oz) package of fresh cranberries
2 c sugar
1 c chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 small orange (veined and chopped)
1 c chopped celery
1 large package of strawberry or cherry Jello
2 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries, add sugar, and refrigerate overnight. Mix together pecans, pineapple, orange, celery into cranberries and sugar. In 9x12 casserole dissolve Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Add cranberry mixture into Jello. Refrigerate until congealed.

This salad is beautiful done in a gelatin mold and is perfect for Christmas.
