Directions:
Peel and wash potatoes; if small cook whole - if larger cut in quarters. Cook in water with salt added until tender. Mix about 1 T. flour in small amount of milk until smooth. Add to cooked potatoes, stirring, then add more milk (about 1/3 cup), stirring as it thickens. Add about 2 T. oleo. Stir, add some black pepper.
