lemon/onion/or sour apple
salt
pepper
rosemary
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 450º. Put lemon/onion/or apple inside of chicken, Sprinkle chicken with paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place chicken on a wire rack that is v shaped. Place all that into a brown paper bag and place all that into a pan. Cook for 1 hour at 450º and turn down oven to 350º for another hour.

Be sure that no ink is on the paper bag that is near the chicken, I place the print down into the pan.
