6 to 7 cooked, flaked chickent breasts
1 large can crushed drained pineapple
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayo
1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped celery (2 stalks)
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion chopped, optional
Garlic salt to taste, optional

Cook chicken in crock pot, pan or grill and let cool. Drain pineapple well. Start with 1/2 cup of mayo and 1/2 cup of sour cream and if you want salad more creamy, add more. Can use low fat ingredients and still good.
