1 Whole wild salmon filet
2-3 tsp. minced garlic
1/2-1 c. maple syrup
celtic sea salt
cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400, place rack in middle of oven.
Rinse salmon and pat dry.Spread garlic over entire salmon, drizzle syrup, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes until done.
