1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Almond extract
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar; add egg and beat well. Add extract. Gradually stir in flour. Pinch off dough and spread in tins. As thinly as possible. Place molds on cook sheet. Bake 350º for 12 min until lightly browned. cool. Invert molds and tap lightly.
