1 Large heaping spoon Kary's Roux,
2 tablespoons file',
Hot water

Directions:
Brown Chicken,add hot boiling water to cover Chicken file' cook for 1 1/2 hours. When it comes to a boil, put fire on medium heat for 45 min. add roux ,raise fire and bring to boil as roux melts DON'T PUT ON LID. After roux has melted-cook on medium fire until meat is tender.
